HOW WE PROCESS DATA FOR SENDING THE NEWSLETTER
The newsletter regulations describe the rules for processing your information for the purpose of sending marketing information such as current promotions or news.
1. General information
- These Newsletter Service Regulations, hereinafter referred to as the "Regulations", define the rules
providing the service of delivering content via e-mail (hereinafter referred to as the "service"
Newsletter") by the Service Operator. - The Service Operator is "MOLLON COSMETICS" Sp. z o. o. with the Tax Identification Number (NIP) 1231007296 based at ul. Geodetów 31A, 05-500 Piaseczno.

- To use the Newsletter service, you must have access to the Internet and an e-mail address, but there are no specific technical requirements other than having a standard operating system and a standard web browser.
- Before agreeing to use the "Newsletter" service, please read these Regulations carefully.
- The Newsletter service is provided free of charge and for an indefinite period from the moment of registration by the User until the moment of resignation by the User or termination of the Service by the Company.
- The Newsletter service may be used by a natural person, a legal person acting through an authorized person, or an organizational unit without legal personality, to which the law grants legal capacity, having full capacity to perform legal acts (hereinafter referred to as the "Newsletter").

2. Newsletter service

a) consists in sending the Service Operator a message to the e-mail address provided by the User containing information about new products on offer, current promotions and other information about products offered by the Service Operator.
b) The User can use it by any visitor to the Website who enters his/her e-mail address using the registration form provided by the Service Operator on the website molloncosmetics.com. After sending the completed registration form, the User will immediately receive, at the e-mail address provided in the registration form,

c) you can unsubscribe from the Newsletter at any time by unsubscribing using the link provided in each e-mail sent as part of the Newsletter service. - The personal data that the User entrusts to the Service Operator by registering as a recipient of the Newsletter on the molloncosmetics.com website, i.e. the e-mail address, are processed for the purpose of performing the contract for the provision of the Newsletter.
- You can unsubscribe at any time and thus withdraw your consent.
3. Termination of service
- The Service Operator may terminate the Agreement at any time with a one-month notice period.

a) a change in the legal provisions regulating the provision of services by electronic means by the Company, affecting the mutual rights and obligations specified in the Agreement or a change in the interpretation of the above legal provisions as a result of court rulings, decisions, recommendations or instructions

b) a change in the manner of providing services caused solely by technical or technological reasons (in particular updating the technical requirements indicated in these Regulations);
c) changing the scope or provision of services to which the provisions of the Regulations apply, by introducing new, modifying or withdrawing by the Company the existing functionalities or services covered by the Regulations. - The Service Operator sends its declaration within the scope specified in paragraph 1 above to the e-mail address provided by the Service User when registering for the Newsletter service.
- The Service Operator may terminate the Newsletter Agreement with the User upon a seven-day notice period or deny him/her further right to use the Newsletter service, as well as limit his/her access to part or all of the content if the User uses

4. Data processing
- "MOLLON COSMETICS" Sp. z o. o. processes the collected personal data in accordance with the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of services by electronic means (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2019, item 123) and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of
April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC ("Regulation") and the Act of May 10, 2018, on the Protection of Personal Data (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1000). Users' personal data may be made available to entities authorized to request them under the law, including in particular judicial authorities or supervisory authorities in the field of personal data protection. - The User's personal data is processed for marketing purposes based on the User's consent, which includes consent to receive information by telephone or email (legal basis for processing: Article 6(1)(a) of the Regulation). The User has the right not to provide their personal data, but in such a case the User will not be able to receive any commercial information.
- By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the User consents to the processing of his or her personal data by the Service Operator and entities acting on his or her behalf in Poland and abroad. The User has all the rights arising from the Act of
May 10, 2018 on the protection of personal data (Journal of Laws 2019, item 1781, consolidated text of 2019/09/19), in particular he has the right to access his own data. - The principles of personal data processing are described in the Data Protection and Processing Principles.
5. Final provisions
- The User may at any time, without giving any reason and without incurring any costs, change the previously indicated e-mail address to which the Newsletter is sent or unsubscribe from the Newsletter service by clicking on the "Newsletter" link in the footer of each Newsletter, entering his/her e-mail address in the appropriate field and then selecting the "Unsubscribe" button.
- As part of the provision of the Newsletter service, the User is prohibited from providing and transmitting illegal content.

- It is advisable for the complaint to include in particular: a description of the matter to which the complaint relates, the e-mail address provided during registration for the Newsletter service and the e-mail address (or correspondence address) to which the response to the complaint is to be sent, if the User wishes to receive a response to the complaint by post or e-mail to an address that is different from the e-mail address (or correspondence address) provided during registration for the Newsletter service, as well as the User's preferred method of being informed about the complaint handling procedure. Complaint handling and provision
A response regarding the complaint's handling will be provided promptly, no later than fourteen days from the date of submission. The User will be informed of the complaint's handling in accordance with the information provided in the complaint. The above content regarding the complaint is only an example, which the User is not obligated to use, and does not affect the effectiveness of complaints submitted without the recommended complaint description. If any omissions are found in the submitted complaint, the Service Operator will request that the User complete them in accordance with the address details provided in the complaint. - The Service Operator reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions. We will inform Users about the content of any changes to the Terms and Conditions by posting a notice on the website about the changes to the Terms and Conditions. Users will also be notified of any changes to the Terms and Conditions by sending a summary of the changes to the Terms and Conditions via the Newsletter and to the email address provided during registration. Notification of any changes to the Terms and Conditions will be made no later than 14 calendar days before the amended Terms and Conditions come into effect.
- Amendments to the Regulations come into force on the date specified together with the information about the amendment, but not earlier than after 14 calendar days from the moment of informing about the amendments to the Regulations, provided that the amended Regulations will be binding
User, unless within 14 days from the date of receiving information about the change, he/she declares his/her resignation from the Newsletter service in the event of non-acceptance of the new content of the Regulations.
